Battery Source Plus is not responsible for products ordered incorrectly due to customer compatibility errors.
Special-Order Products
Certain products are sourced from our supplier after an order is confirmed and may require extended fulfillment times.
Estimated shipping and fulfillment information is provided on our website and is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Special-order purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Customers are responsible for safely installing, charging, storing, handling, transporting, and disposing of batteries in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.
Do not use a battery that is damaged, leaking, swollen, cracked, punctured, or otherwise unsafe.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Battery Source Plus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, improper installation, improper charging, storage, handling, or use of products sold through this website.
Battery Source Plus's liability relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk, wholesale, pallet, recurring, or specially quoted orders may be subject to additional pricing, payment, freight, minimum-order, lead-time, and purchasing terms provided with the applicable quotation or invoice.
Where specific written wholesale terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific written terms provided for that order will control to the extent permitted by law.
