Limited Warranty

Battery Source Plus warrants eligible batteries against defects in materials and workmanship for [30 days / 90 days / other period] from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal and proper use.

If a product is determined to be defective and covered under this warranty, Battery Source Plus may provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion and as permitted by applicable law.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation or charging

• Overcharging or excessive discharge

• Incorrect polarity or short circuits

• Use with incompatible equipment

• Physical damage, misuse, or modification

• Improper storage or exposure to excessive heat or moisture

• Normal wear or gradual loss of battery capacity

Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the battery.

Additional testing information, including battery voltage or charging information, may be requested before a claim is approved.

Do not return or ship a battery without receiving return instructions from Battery Source Plus.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
