Returns & Refunds Policy

Because many Battery Source Plus products are specially sourced after an order is confirmed, all sales are final once an order has been submitted to our supplier.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before Battery Source Plus has committed the order to our supplier.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Returns

Special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including unopened products, unless:

• Battery Source Plus shipped the incorrect product

• The product arrives damaged

• The product qualifies for coverage under our Limited Warranty

• A refund or return is otherwise required by applicable law

Customers are responsible for confirming battery specifications and compatibility before purchasing, including voltage, capacity, dimensions, chemistry, terminal type, and polarity.

Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Do not install, charge, or use a damaged or incorrect battery.

Defective Batteries

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect are handled under our Limited Warranty and are not considered standard returns.

Return Authorization

Do not ship any battery back to Battery Source Plus without prior authorization and return instructions.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping or freight charges are non-refundable except when required due to our error or applicable law.
